This is our House Emblem, a sensory profile difficult to find elsewhere. It has an intense fragrance and aroma, with notes of citrus, fruit, sweet chocolate and panela. It is characterized by its medium acidity and medium creamy body, with fruity, caramelized sensations in the mouth and a lingering aftertaste. It is a Colombia Variety coffee from the region of Palermo, Huila (to the northwest of the department), with an altitude of over 1900 meters above sea level. This zone and altitude provide us with excellent conditions to offer us a specialty coffee. The department is located in the middle of two of the three main mountain ranges of Colombia, which gives us a very mountainous topography, with high altitude crops that reduce the use of pesticides and offer us a coffee of greater density, which results in a better quality coffee.
