Each bag of MACADAMIA NUTS contains dehydrated candied halves and pieces. Farming: It begins at the plantations with excellent fertilization, every day hand-labor and biological pest controls. We monitor aflatoxins in the field, heavy metals and nutrients in our soils. The water used to clean and wash the macadamia kernel is potable spring water from the high mountains of the Andes. Production process: Macadamia in-shell is cracked, selected, washed, dried and selected again for a 2-step quality inspection process to ensure the best quality nuts and candied. Differentiation: Our products are not roasted, they are dehydrated, plus all of the nuts are fully washed and separated into high and low oil macadamia nuts. Only high-oil macadamia nuts are exported. The candied process does not have glucose nor additives, is made with sugar, water and macadamia. Characteristics: High oil content macadamias are chrunchier and sweeter. Its appearance is light caramel. They are not rancid. Has no less than 70% macadamia.
